We need your support so that we can provide
short-term therapy for those in crisis,
including youth, victims of intimate partner violence,
and police brutality.
We have a commitment to forging a culture that is fairer and more compassionate. By prioritizing mental health support for others, we recognize that the well-being of individuals is interconnected.
Self care IS community care.

Liberation Is Work Collection
The LBT Mental Health Fund is inspired by Tanisha’s mentors in the fields of social work and arts and culture: the late Sippo Small, LCSW a psychotherapist and facilitator of the Diversity in Social Work Program at the Ackerman Institute for the Family; the late Rebecca Rice, theater artist-activist-educator-cultural worker; and Willie Tolliver, MSW, DSW, founder of the Social Practice Lab that teachers social worker students about the praxis of anti-racism and anti-oppression in the Silberman School of Social Work work at Hunter College.
