The world we’re living in right now is, to put it lightly, crazy. Things seem to be shifting at a pace that’s both dizzying and exhausting. One minute, everything feels fine, and the next, you’re overwhelmed, anxious, or sinking into a fog of depression. For so many of us, the combination of global chaos, personal pressures, and the constant bombardment of stressors can make it feel like we're walking on a tightrope, constantly teetering between holding it all together and falling apart.

If you’re barely getting by, I get it. The emotional rollercoaster we’re all riding doesn’t stop for anyone. But here's the thing: You don’t have to do it alone. There is power in pausing, in reaching out for support, and in learning practical tools to cope with the uncertainty that life throws at us every day.

This isn’t just about getting through another day or merely surviving. It’s about finding ways to thrive, even amidst all the chaos.

So the world is cray AND you’re navigating life’s transitions—it feels like you’re carrying a weight that only gets heavier as time goes on. The relentless pressure of day-to-day life can bring on anxiety and depression. You feel like it’s creeping in.

You find yourself wondering, “What’s next? What if I’m not prepared for what’s coming? What if I fail?” These thoughts can spiral quickly, leaving you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and trapped in a cycle that seems impossible to break.

But that doesn’t mean you have to stay in that place.

This chaos and your response to it is not your fault. IT IS CHAOTIC. Rent is too high,  Food prices are too high, People are losing work: climate crisis, wars, and genocides.

You’re Not Alone in This!

One of the hardest things about dealing with anxiety or depression is the feeling of isolation. We often carry these burdens in silence, thinking that no one else could possibly understand what we're going through. You might see people coping “better than you.”  But the truth is, you’re not alone. So many people are struggling with similar issues, but we don't always talk about it.

This is where the power of collective healing comes in. We are going through this together, and the shared connection can be a healing force in and of itself.

NOW A WORKSHOP ON ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION CAN’T FIX EVERYTHING, BUT HAVING A SPACE TO REFLECT,  PROCESS, AND LEARN SOME TOOLS MIGHT PROVIDE RELIEF.

The process of sharing and hearing others’ stories can be just as transformative as the therapeutic tools you’ll learn along the way.

What sets this workshop apart is the environment we create—a space that is nurturing, supportive, and grounded in respect. From day one, we focus on building trust within the group, making sure that everyone feels safe to share their experiences, reflect on their feelings, and ask for the support they need. Confidentiality, respect, and active participation are the cornerstones of this workshop, so you can be assured that your voice will be heard.

This isn’t just a space to vent or trauma bond—it’s a space to learn and to grow. Each week, we’ll dive into topics that are directly relevant to navigating the symptoms of anxiety and depression. You’ll walk away with practical tools and actionable strategies that you can apply to your own life, no matter what you’re facing. If you’re ready to start feeling more supported, sign up for the workshop and take the next step towards healing.
