Cultivate calm, build emotional resilience, and connect with others in our 10-week Anxiety & Depression Support Group — created for millennials and Gen Xers navigating life transitions, career uncertainty, and the complexities of anxiety and depression.
This support group meets weekly on Wednesdays from 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM beginning April 30, 2025.

This group is an intentional experiential space where you’ll be invited to move at your own pace, share as you’re ready, and receive support in a non-judgmental, affirming environment.
The cost is $250-$400 for the full 10-week series ($25-$40 per session, based on a sliding scale). Insurance is also accepted — please reach out to confirm your coverage.

The Liberation Series at LBT are workshops with creatives that offer a holistic lens towards healing and wellness. This series is not group therapy or a substitute for work with a mental health provider.

Nash specializes in working with children, adolescents, teens, adults, and families navigating school-based challenges, transitions, and those seeking spiritual or faith-based therapy.
